The White Foundation accepts grant requests via email (please see required materials below). Quarterly deadlines for grant submissions are January 15, April 15,July 15 and October 15. Submissions should be emailed to [email protected].

Grant Criteria
The Foundation considers only one request per organization per 12-month period.
The Foundation only supports 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations.
The Foundation does not provide funding to organizations that discriminate with regard to race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability, gender, sexual orientation or age.
Funding is limited to organizations serving the Denver metro area.
The Foundation no longer provides funding to individual schools.
Required Materials
Please submit the following materials as a single combined PDF. Please include the name of your organization in the PDF file name.
A one-page summary of your request that includes the following information:
What issue does your organization seek to address?
What specifically does your organization do to address this issue?
How many people does your organization serve annually? If you are seeking funding for a specific program, please provide the number served by that program.
What is the annual budget of your organization/program?
What specific geographies (cities, neighborhoods, etc.) does your organization serve?
How much funding are you requesting from the White Foundation?
How specifically will these funds be used? General operating is acceptable, just please note if there will be a different or more specific use.
If you use any evaluation methods please describe the measures and the results.
The mailing address for your organization and the name to which a grant check should be addressed.
A narrative describing the mission, history and accomplishments of your organization and the request for support from the White Foundation. Please include information about how your organization and/or project will help create access to opportunity for residents of the Denver metro area. This should be on your organization’s letterhead and signed by the executive director or board chair.
A current year budget and balance sheet for your organization, including anticipated sources of funding.
A list of your board of directors with affiliations.
A copy of your most recent IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter.
Post-Grant Report (required for organizations that received prior funding).
All materials must be received by our quarterly deadline for your proposal to receive consideration in the following quarter.
Post-Grant Reporting
All grantees are required to submit a final report to the White Foundation prior to submitting their next grant request.
